Cancellation Policy
We look forward to speaking with you. To ensure the call is valuable and respectful of everyone’s time, please review the following booking policy. Booking All introductory calls must be scheduled through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is secured. Duration The call will last up to 30 minutes. It is intended as an opportunity to understand your needs, explore whether we are the right fit, and explain how we can support you. Cancellations and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your call up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may limit the opportunity to book again. Missed Appointments If you miss your scheduled time without prior notice, we may not be able to offer another free introductory call. We kindly ask that you attend promptly or inform us in advance if you are unable to join. Meeting Format Calls are held virtually using the link provided upon booking. Please ensure you are in a quiet space and able to join on time.
