Accessibility
Our commitment to accessible learning, coaching and web experiences.
This page is maintained by Axis Culture Group to explain how we approach accessibility. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
Our approach
Axis Culture Group aims to make our website, learning materials and coaching experiences usable by as many people as possible. We recognise that accessibility benefits learners, coaches and leaders with a wide range of needs and preferences.
Website accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard where practicable. Our efforts include:
- Keyboard-navigable menus, buttons and forms.
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Clear heading structures and readable page layouts.
- Focus indicators to help users track their position on the page.
- Form labels and error messages that are easy to understand.
We do not claim formal certification against WCAG. Accessibility is an ongoing process and we welcome feedback on where we can improve.
Learning and coaching accessibility
Beyond the website, we aim to design learning experiences that are:
- Clear and jargon-free, with information presented in manageable sections.
- Flexible, offering a mix of written, visual and discussion-based formats where appropriate.
- Respectful of neurodivergent thinking styles and different communication preferences.
- Delivered in environments where participants can ask questions and request adjustments.
If you have specific access requirements for a course, workshop or coaching programme, please let us know when you book or contact us in advance.
Third-party content
Some parts of our site link to or embed third-party services, such as YouTube videos, Stripe checkout and podcast platforms. We cannot control the accessibility of those external services, though we choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments.
Known limitations
We are continually improving the site. Some older PDFs, embedded media or externally hosted booking tools may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the site. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us and we will do our best to provide the information in an alternative format.
Feedback and contact
If you experience any difficulty using this website or have suggestions for improving accessibility, please email info@axisculturegroup.co.uk or call +44 7583 485 572. We aim to respond within five working days.
