1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Axis Culture Group website and to any courses, coaching, programmes or business services you purchase from us. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Services we offer

Axis Culture Group provides education, leadership development, coaching and consultancy services. Descriptions of courses, coaching packages and business services on the site are for general information and do not form a guaranteed outcome. Individual results depend on participation, context and other factors outside our control.

3. Orders and payments

When you purchase a course, coaching session or programme through our store, you will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout to complete payment. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

For business orders, group courses or bespoke programmes, please contact us for a tailored quote. These are handled outside the standard checkout process.

4. Cancellations and refunds

For digital courses and downloadable materials, all sales are final once access has been granted. For live coaching, workshops and programmes, cancellation terms will be confirmed in your booking confirmation or service agreement. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, videos and podcasts, is owned by or licensed to Axis Culture Group. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish our content without written permission.

Course participants may download materials made available for personal study, but may not share, sell or distribute them to third parties.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to use the site in any way that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Interferes with the proper working of the site or other users' access.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Uploads malicious code, spam or offensive content.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we believe these rules have been broken.

Our website may contain links to external websites, including Stripe, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third-party sites.
