An 8-week Action Learning programme for middle managers across health, social care and public services - multi-organisation cohorts, coach-facilitated.
Middle managers are the most under-developed and over-pressured group in the health and social care workforce. Expected to inspire teams while absorbing the anxiety of senior leaders, accountable for outcomes they don't always control, adopting AI and digital change at pace, and holding compassionate space for staff - often while running on empty themselves.
In the Middle of Everything is built for that reality. Two hours per week for eight weeks: one hour of expert teaching, one hour of coach-facilitated Action Learning. Multi-organisation cohorts bring together NHS trusts, local authorities, hospices, ICBs, community health and voluntary sector partners - because the learning power comes from the collision of different contexts in the same room.
